SPERMO-KIT

The spermiogram is seminal fluid analysis designed to evaluate sperm quality by checking shape, number, and motility. This examination is the main tool for assessing male fertility.
The parameters to be determined are as follows:

Physical-chemical characteristics: color and appearance, volume, pH, fluidization, viscosity, presence of chemicals (fructose, citric acid, glycerophosphorylcholine or GFC, zinc).

Microscopic characteristics: sperm concentration, number, morphology and total and progressive motility, ejaculation volume, vitality, morphology, leukocyte and other cells.

 

The kit contains all the necessary doses for 10 spermograms-spermocitograms to determine:

  • Search for spontaneous agglutination;
  • Vitality Analysis (Williams Test)
  • Sperm count;
  • Number of leukocytes according to Endtz coloration
